Engagement Session | Minh & Liane | The Cotton Mill | McKinney, TX
October has been an incredibly busy month for me, with back to back weddings, engagement sessions and just working non-stop to get photos out to clients as quickly as possible! Plus travelling for shoots has really taken a toll on my blogging...well wait no longer, I am back!
Sort of...haha. Next up, my engagement session with Minh & Liane way back in August. Yes, I know - it has been a few months, since then. I delivered to them first then I worked on the blog a few months later ;)
They both wanted something a little off-beat and different so they had me shooting photos in an old Cotton Mill. It's old factory look combined with incredible historic look provided a wonderful backdrop for these 2. I hope you enjoy the photos as much as I had photographing them!

Happy Monday everyone! What better way to start out a new week than with a new wedding :) Meet one of the most lovable couples with an inspirational love stories that I've come across during my time as a wedding photographer. From how they first met, to their incredible travels to their support for each other through new challenges...it is incredible and inspiring. Stories like theirs reminds me why I love what I do as a wedding photographer - to capture a small slice of their amazing story and then being able to deliver a story for them to remember as they start another chapter in their lives...for now, enjoy a small preview as I prepare the rest of their wedding!

Wedding | Shayves & Tony | Four Seasons | Irving, TX
I think one of the coolest things about my job besides getting to capture a story is the fact that I get to meet people from all walks of life. And afterwards, we find out that we share similar hobbies or find that they live in a different part of the country. That's how I met Shayves & Tony...! They are from San Francisco, but because her family is in Dallas, they came to Dallas and needed help finding vendors...I think they chose pretty well ;) Right away, our personalities clicked and we've become incredible friends talking about cars, food, travel and everything in-between! They even sang me a Happy Birthday song since I was photographing their wedding on their big day. That was special!
Anyways, enough rambling...I'm sure you're ready to get onto the photos...! Definitely my favorite parts of this wedding has to be the unique entry games that they needed to play! Talk about interesting as I've never seen this before a tea ceremony before. And of course their first dance, which surprisingly to everyone...they had taken classes for so they looked like total pros on the dance floor ;)

Bridal | Darlene & Eric | NOAH's | Dallas, TX
I've been WANTING to show this lovely bridal session of Darlene's FOREVER now! Now that Darlene and Eric's incredible wedding was last Saturday...I get to show the world! I can't tell you how kind yet strong willed she is, just speaking to her briefly, she has inspired me greatly. And their story of how they met and started a journey together is equally incredible.
