As a photographer, I enjoy photographing some of the unique and different locations I’ve been at…what I’m really bad at is posting these photos anywhere! I’ve decided to go through my collection and post some of my favorite landscapes from over the years for you to enjoy…with a twist. I’m also big into charity work - giving back to the less fortunate is one of my guiding principles…so if you’re interested in purchasing a photo - David Loi Studios will be giving 10% of all sales to the Charity: Water foundation or the Honor Flight Foundation.
The reason for Charity:Water is because I find it sad that some of the most basic needs for a person to survive is simply clean water…and the fact that I can enjoy my life with great health while others cannot even drink clean water is disheartening. Plus, I love the fact that you can actually track your donations!
As for Honor Flight, I wanted to find a way to honor the veterans of the United States…we live in an amazing country and we owe many of these veterans for their service to this country…when I went to Washington DC, I couldn’t help think how some of these veterans helped our country, yet some have never been thanked properly. Honor Flight donations help bring pilots that volunteer their time to bring these vets to the memorials so that they can see…they were appreciated.
