When my old friends from high school, Keli & Sokhom asked me to do their maternity shoot - I got pretty excited I admit. Keli has watched me transition from an awkward and shy teenager to who I am today, excited to tackle new and exciting challenges, ready to take on the world for what it is. Her and Sokhom are one of my biggest fans and has only extended their excitement for me as I continue on in my photography journey! So when I presented her with these photos, she absolutely fell in love with my daring use of lighting and lines. For me, I love the ability to create timeless images that will always last - so I was quite happy that she loved the photos :)
Engagement | Rachel & Peter | Dallas, TX
Rachel & Peter reached out to me late last year in hopes of finding a wedding photographer that was just a little different, a little unique a little quirky. So I told them I thought I was different, quirky and fun but to be sure...we should meet up! After we agreed on a Starbucks near each other...we begin talking about their big day and it was apparent how much of an amazing fit they were for each other =) We went on to discuss how their engagement photos would be like...and they loved what I had to offer...fast forward a few months and we were ready to do their engagement photos! They wanted something with wine & motorcycles...so of course I went out to start doing research...

Family | Harper & Beckett | Dallas, TX
Meet Harper & Beckett! I always enjoy doing family photos because it's always fun to look back at your photos years from now and wonder where all that time went. When their Mother saw the photos I did of Bebe's Engagement Photos, she knew she had to have me as their family photographer. And I was happy to oblige! What an incredible family to shoot and a big honor to be trusted by them. I can't wait to see Harper & Beckett grow up through the years =)
Wedding | Perla & Mark | Hidden Springs Event | Aubrey, TX
How fortunate that I got the chance to photograph Mark & Perla's wedding - and by total serendipity! We first met at a volunteering event in the late summer of 2015. We were putting school bags together when we were both assigned to count the (1000!) bags as the team were making them. I'm not sure if you guys have ever counted to 1000, but let me tell you...it's not that easy! Through passing conversation we learned a little more about each other...including the fact that Mark was getting married soon and so we exchanged information. Well that day finally arrived and well...I was pretty excited because of their excitement as well - I love the energy that they have for each other and I feed off of that! You can't help but feed off of that energy behind the camera. It's a very special for photographers to be behind the camera on days like this!
